NEW INFORMATION SINCE THE 2ND ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Website has been updated frequently, including local
information,
list of participants, draft program, and social events.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE:
The Preliminary schedule is listed as follows,
in Japan Standard Time (JST=UTC+9h).
The orders of the talks, poster viewing, and/or sessions,
lengths of sessions, lunch, and breaks are subject to change
considering the time zones for online presentations.
During the session, we will have poster flash talk sessions
before poster viewing sessions.
The final program will be released by February 28th, 2023.

PRESENTATION FORMAT:
For oral presentations, the presenter will take the stage and speak
on the screen at the venue, and the presentation will be streamed online
via zoom. The organizer will arrange a zoom meeting. For poster
presentations, the organizers will collect poster files from online
participants and print posters. On-site participants should bring their
own posters. The posters, including those of online participants, will
be displayed at the venue. For questions and answers for poster
presentations, the organizers will create channels for individual
presenters on SLACK for the conference and conduct them in a text-based
manner.
We plan to organize poster flash talk sessions during the symposium.
REGISTRATION:
Registration to attend the meeting and abstract submission for
poster presentations are still open. Please visit the website and
submit the form by the deadline of January 10th, 2023.

ACCOMMODATION:
The web registration form also handles booking of accommodation
close to the venue. Unless the in-person participants have specific
ideas for their accommodation during the symposium, it is recommended
to visit the list of the accommodations in the web.
IMPORTANT DATES:
