The participant of the IAU Symposium 380 is requested to pay the fees listed as follow through the web registration form page using a credit card. If bank transfer is really necessary, please consult the LOC.
Registration fee for an in-person participant: JPY 30 000
The registration fee includes an online symposium proceedings, a printed abstract book, the rights for joining the main conference, welcome party (March 19), coffee break, excursion (March 22), etc.
Registration fee for an online participant: JPY 15 000
The registration fee includes the rights for joining the main conference in online, viewing the video and electric files of the presentations during the conference period and for posting the proceeding of the presentation and viewing the online.
Registration fee for an in-person accompanying person: JPY 5 000
Note: At least one registered in-person participant is necessary. The registration fee includes the rights for joining the main conference, welcome party and coffee break, excursion, etc.
Hard-back proceeding book (optional): JPY 10 000
Fee for the banquet (March 23, optional): JPY 10 000
(JPY 7 000 for accompanying person)

The talks will be presented in Japanese language for mainly local public people.
Free of charge for attending the educational program (but other registration is necessary).
The guide to VERA Iriki Observatory and the tutorial to build and operate a small radio telescope will be conducted in Japanese language for mainly local public people.
