The schedule of the scientific program is announced on February 7th and can be seen at the bottom of this page. will start at 08:50 JST on 2023 March 19 and end at 15:30 JST on March 24. One can also check the style of the poster presentation shown as follows.
Presentation formats for the hybrid presentation style: (updated on March 18) see the instructions for oral presentations
For oral presentations, the presenter will take the stage and speak on the screen at the venue, and the presentation will be streamed online via zoom. The organizer will arrange a zoom meeting.
For poster presentations, the organizer will collect electric poster files (PDF files are recommended but not mandatory) from online participants and print the posters. Each poster shall have a size of A0 or B0 in portrait format. On-site participants should bring their own printed posters and submit their electric files (the site of the poster submission is to be determined). Thus all the posters, including those of online participants, will be displayed at the venue of the symposium. The organizer also plans to establish poster flash talk sessions during the symposium.
For questions and answers for poster presentations, the organizer will create channels for individual presenters on SLACK for the conference and conduct them in a text-based manner.
